- Part 2: Analysis and report includes all corrections, cures, and specific written directions along with life destiny suggestions based on BAZI charts
- Part 3: 2 hours (within 6 weeks) of phone and email contact if necessary to address questions.

- Correct address of the property as aerial maps will be charted
- A copy of the home's floor plans (to scale)
- Birth-dates and times of all occupants currently living in the home
- Questionnaire filled out prior to on-site survey (provided by Infinity Life Design)
